Repeating Mouse scanning currently always stops on switch release. Add Stop repeating beside the repeat controls on the Mouse sidebar page, with On switch press and On switch release. Release remains the default for new and older settings.
The choice applies to scanned movement and scrolling with local and Remote-forwarded switches. Both choices consume the stop gesture and overlapping edges, suppress assigned hold actions, and preserve emergency stopping. Panel prompts and scanning help follow the selected edge. Saving uses the existing scanning configuration and retry flow; direct Remote pointer commands and schema versions are unchanged.
Closes #964.
