Continue an all-caps typed prefix in capitals - #919

Typing "WA" under Caps, turning Caps off and accepting a suggestion gave "WAter". A typed prefix of two or more letters, all capitals, is a word being written in capitals, so its completion now continues that way whatever the modifiers say, in words and phrases alike. A single capital is still a capitalised word and follows the modifiers as before. Closes #911 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Closes #911. Stacked on #918; part of the casing plan in #914.
What changed
worker.rs, a newshoutingcheck recognises a typed prefix with two or more letters, all capitals. Such a prefix is completed in capitals whatever Shift and Caps now say, so the label shows exactly what will be inserted. Non-letters in the prefix, such as an apostrophe, are ignored for the check.docs/word-prediction.mdstates the rule.Validation
