Adds a bounded practice area for saved local or remote switches. The real gesture and line/grid/menu engines run in isolation; native action requests are discarded. Emergency stop, focus loss, disconnect and timeout stop capture, and the UI acknowledges cleanup before closing. Feedback failures keep isolation active until cleanup succeeds.
This PR is stacked on #832 for mutually exclusive keyboard-entry ownership.
Validation: lint/build, 179 frontend tests plus 5 feed tests, Rust formatting/Clippy, 514 Rust unit tests and 7 integration tests passed; one existing test ignored. Independent review passed at 106a4d8. Browser layout checks passed at compact and desktop sizes. In the combined Windows ARM64 app, real mapped Space events reached practice; Escape closed it and returned focus to Test switches. Saved switch and scanning settings were unchanged.
