Synchronizes all nine application, launcher, lockfile, browser metadata and test version references to 1.0.0-rc.14. This prepares the merged prediction improvements and dedicated lookup data for the next pre-release. No runtime behavior changes in this PR.
Local validation passed on Node.js 24 and Rust 1.97.1: frontend lint, 163 UI tests, five updater tests, production build, Rust formatting, warnings-denied Clippy, 503 Rust unit tests, seven integration tests and two launcher tests. The SQLite-to-lookup parity test passed all 1,463 cases. One manual benchmark remains intentionally ignored. Independent review of head dfd204c found no actionable findings.
The local signing runner is online. Cross-platform CI passed. v1.0.0-rc.14 is published with signed Windows and notarized macOS packages. Both downloaded packages contain the exact 50,799,857-byte prediction lookup from the reviewed source, verified by SHA-256. Published package checksums and both updater feed entries were verified.
