Prepare Switchify PC v1.0.0-rc.4 for prerelease publication. Synchronize the npm, Tauri, Cargo, startup launcher, browser preview, lockfile, and version assertion values with the next release candidate. No application identity, dependencies, or release workflow changes.
Validation with Node.js 24.13.0 and Rust 1.97.1:
After latest-head independent review and green CI, publish an annotated v1.0.0-rc.4 tag on main through the existing signed release workflow.

Independent review passed on a4f3b1b with no actionable findings; all nine version locations are consistent and shipping identity is preserved.
