Closes #1082

Most people do not know what Apple silicon means. The overview now says "a Windows PC or a Mac"; the Install requirements line says "A Mac with an M1 chip or later (Apple silicon) on macOS 13.3 or later". Same change is going to www.theswitchify.app.
