Add after-selection options to scanning settings #933
Add an After a selection group to the scanning settings with two option groups, Next scan and Start from, including per-scanner overrides. Remove the keyboard's After typing control, which the new options replace. Wait for Select is disabled when automatic scanning is off.
Reset scanning overrides clears a scanner's nextScan and startFrom, and its enabled state counts them. After a reset, a saved keyboardWaitAfterTyping of true would apply again, so write it as false whenever a Next scan choice is saved.
A shared standard cannot be told apart from unset, so the saved wait after typing still applies under it.
Add the two fields to ScanOptions and ScanPreferences in src/scanning/preferences.ts.
