Explain Linux development support and gate unavailable controls #713
Follow the Linux foundation in a stacked PR with accurate Linux status/setup messaging and unavailable-feature controls.
Explain that this Linux development build has no Bluetooth transport or input implementation, without blaming hardware or requesting macOS permissions.
Detect Linux in browser sample state.
Prevent setup and input-related controls from implying working Linux control.
Add frontend regression tests while preserving existing Windows/macOS flows.
Document the development build procedure and the next BlueZ milestone.
Part of the implementation sequence in #710 / #711.
Closing as completed: the scoped work was merged in #715 into linux-support. This records completion on that development branch; it does not imply the work is in main or released.
