docs: add the Switchify docs site (android.theswitchify.app) - #2979

Adds
site/, an Astro Starlight documentation site to be served at https://android.theswitchify.app, and a step in AGENTS.md so that any user-visible change updates it in the same pull request. It mirrors switchifyapp/switchify-pc#1076: docs live next to the code, and the agents that change the app keep them current, so the marketing site stops drifting from the product.Pages (14): overview; install; connect a switch; scanning; the menu; keyboard; gestures and actions; settings; pair a PC; mouse, typing and window; Switch Forwarding; Pro and your account; privacy; troubleshooting.
