STATE resume lines reflect PR 27 merged (0ca794d). The audit quotes phase IDs and records the mention-based traceability method, as accepted by the owner. The closeout records the ten waived files and the method.

Owner-approved follow-up to PR 27 (2026-11-01). ROADMAP collapses the archived v3 phase detail to a pointer and keeps the progress table. STATE resume lines reflect PR 27 merged. The audit quotes phase IDs and records the mention-based traceability method. The closeout records the ten waived files and the method. The follow-up receipt records corrections to the merged closeout receipt (files_changed, claim 3, unverified item 0) without rewriting it. Checks: G-1 diff mode passes; tests/docs 44 passed; check.sh ok; LIV-01 probe shows the adapter absent in three roots. Receipt approved by human:SomeRandmGuyy.
