0.1.0: expose the Reminder name to typed methods

Goal

Let a typed Reminder method read the persisted Reminder name that caused its Call.

Problem

A Grain can set many dynamic Reminder names with one typed method. The stored row keeps each name, but the current TickStatus does not expose it. The method cannot identify which dynamic Reminder ran after a restart.

Scope

• Add ReminderName to TickStatus.
• Read the value from the claimed Reminder row.
• Keep the typed method-handle and normal Call path.
• Prove dynamic names before and after restart.
• Update the product and timer contracts.

Acceptance

• The Reminder method receives the exact persisted name.
• One method can handle two dynamic Reminder names.
• The name survives SQLite restart.
• Background error data and the method receive the same name.
• Generated files are current.
• make ci and make external pass.

Implemented locally in commit 0204024. The commit is not pushed.

Result:

• TickStatus now carries the persisted Reminder name.
• The poller passes the row name only after a successful claim.
• Background error data uses the same row name.
• A SQLite restart test uses two dynamic names with one typed method.
• Generated and example tests cover the new field.

Review and proof:

• Independent code review: PASS with no P0-P3 findings.
• A targeted mutation removed the name assignment. The restart test failed with ReminderName = empty. The implementation was then restored.
• make ci passed on the exact commit: 604 default tests, 19 simulation tests, 19 generator tests, 45 transport network tests, 43 example network tests, 2 resource tests, and 3 fuzz targets.
• make external passed on the exact commit: 1 Quick Start process test and 19 external module and restart tests.

Keep this issue open until the commit reaches remote master and the remote release gates pass.

Evidence refresh: I cleared the Go test cache before each final gate. Fresh make ci and fresh make external both passed on exact commit 0204024. The worktree remained clean.
