0.1.0 batch 7: harden generation and package boundaries

Goal

Make generated code and the public package surface ready for release.

Scope

• Reject unsupported Grain interface forms with source locations.
• Add generated version checks and atomic file replacement.
• Add gorgen check mode and one canonical go generate command.
• Move implementation-only packages under internal.
• Remove stale actor and entity language.

Acceptance

• Invalid source reports its line.
• Interrupted generation leaves the prior file unchanged.
• Generated diff checks detect stale output.
• A clean external module imports only public packages.
• make ci passes.

Delivered:

• gorgen rejects unsupported contracts with source positions. It covers generic and private Grain interfaces, private methods and contract types, variadic methods, anonymous private members, and package main.
• Generated declarations and parameters use deterministic collision-safe names. Import aliases avoid generated names, Go predeclared names, keywords, the blank identifier, and init.
• Generated files have the standard header and a version gate. Runtime rejects stale generated code before setup changes.
• Generation uses same-directory atomic replacement on Unix and Windows. -check reads without writing.
• The module pins gorgen as a Go tool. Canonical go:generate commands and generated-diff gates are in place.
• A clean external module installs the tool, generates code, uses only public packages, restarts Runtime, restores State, and passes tests.
• Mailbox, execution Runtime, and Reminder poller packages moved under internal/.
• Public Config and DeactivationReason are owned by the root gor package.
• Public prose now uses the Orleans terms from CONTEXT.md. ROADMAP marks Batches 1 through 7 complete.

Review:

• Three independent read-only reviews completed.
• All actionable P2 findings were fixed.
• No open P1 or P2 finding remains.

Verification:

• Focused generator, command, and root tests: exit 0.
• make gen: exit 0, including the clean external module.
• Windows amd64 cross-compile for cmd/gorgen: exit 0.
• Eleven targeted mutation checks: each mutation failed its required test.
• The first make ci run stopped at staticcheck because two rejection fixtures had unused private declarations. The fixtures now contain minimal compile-time references.
• Final make ci: exit 0. It covered formatting, constraint checks, vet, staticcheck, default tests, race tests, simulation, generation, and real TCP tests.
• Final worktree status: clean.

Remaining gap:

• Batch 8 owns Activation admission limits, bounded churn and backlog proof, fuzzing, portable probes, supported-system jobs, final quick start, prose cleanup, and the final release gate.
• This commit is local. It was not pushed.
