0.1.0 batch 1: freeze the release contract

Goal

Freeze one reviewed 0.1.0 product contract before product code changes.

Scope

• Align product language, public API names, failure rules, and delivery order.
• Keep ROADMAP status separate from the target contract.
• Define one proof owner for each release promise.

Acceptance

• Product and implementation reviews both pass.
• Local Markdown links and terms are consistent.
• The documents use the repository writing rule.
• make ci passes.
