v0.0.7 的 run 37672394130 在 npmjs 任务失败：npm publish "release/qgraphflow-0.0.7.tgz" 被 npm（10 与 11 均如此）按 owner/repo 简写解析，去 ssh://git@github.com/release/qgraphflow-0.0.7.tgz.git 拉取后报 Permission denied；npmjs 上未发出 0.0.7。GitHub Packages 的命令本就写 ./publish/…，不受影响。 - 工作流改为 npm publish "./release/qgraphflow-$VERSION.tgz" - tests/plugin-package.test.mjs 以 --dry-run 真跑 npmjs 发布命令（去掉需要 OIDC 的 --provenance），与 GitHub Packages 命令同样处理 验证：plugin-package 测试 5/5 通过；只把工作流改回旧写法时，新断言以与 CI 相同的 git ls-remote 错误失败。

.github/workflows/publish-github-npm.yml：改为npm publish "./release/qgraphflow-$VERSION.tgz"tests/plugin-package.test.mjs：以--dry-run真跑 npmjs 发布命令（去掉需要 OIDC 的--provenance），与 GitHub Packages 命令同样处理验证
node --test tests/plugin-package.test.mjs5/5 通过git ls-remote错误失败合并后对 0.0.7 重跑发布工作流；其中 GitHub Packages 任务会因版本已存在而失败，npmjs 任务独立运行。
