• replace the browser-default recovery fieldset with compact tool-call cards
• format and height-bound tool arguments so large payloads stay readable
• render explicit retry/continue decision cards with responsive behavior
• keep focus visible without making the Arguments disclosure look like an input

User impact

Manual tool recovery now has a clear visual hierarchy and remains usable with long arguments and narrow viewports.
