Propose an object-capability authorization path for deepbook_margin's MarginManager, alongside the existing address-based API. Introduces an owner capability and a scoped, non-withdraw operator capability so that shared-object vaults can custody and delegate a margin position (e.g. a delta-neutral hedge leg for LP inventory) without ceding withdrawal rights, while leaving the permissionless liquidation surface unchanged. Motivated by the LeafSheep vault and its open-source cdpm custody contract.
