The Tools for Substack Writers section currently has no developer tooling, so this adds the one category that is missing. substack-cli is an MIT-licensed command line client that pushes a markdown file to Substack as a draft, publishes or schedules it, and pulls a whole archive back down to markdown. It runs on the Python standard library alone. I am the author. Happy to reword the entry or move it if you would rather it sat elsewhere.
