Description of changes: Lots of termination proofs in Strata have the form: find hypothesis of the form x \in xs, use that hypothesis with List.sizeOf_lt_of_mem, Array.sizeOf_lt_of_mem, or a specialized lemma, and then call simp_all; omega (or similar). This PR adds a tactic that automates this to prevent the rename_i and explicit hypothesis names that make these proofs tedious. It cannot yet deal with case splits to make some proofs fully automatic, but it simplifies many of the existing termination proofs significantly.
