fix: clear search bar text when switching categories

Changes Made

• Added an event listener in index.html that clears the navbar search input whenever a category tab is clicked

How to Test

1. Open the web app
2. Type any project name in the search bar (e.g. calculator)
3. Click on any category tab - Games, Math, Utilities, etc.
4. Search bar should now be empty ✅
