feat: DSH 侧栏网页控制台

做什么

插件装进 DSH 后，侧栏「设置」上方多一个「背景」，不必再开托盘。

• 从系统文件夹选图片 / MP4、清除、开关声音、切换已保存主题
• 打开 DSH 时恢复上次背景
• 浅色 / 深色跟 DSH 自己的外观走，不再改写主题 DOM
• 侧栏里不另铺底色（display: contents），避免和「设置」颜色不一致
• 有壁纸时关掉会话列表底部 fade，避免叠出一条暗影
• 网页控制台没有摸鱼；Codex / 全局热键仍走托盘

怎么用

1. 写入插件（安装包或 install-dsh-plugin.ps1）
2. dsh web
3. 打开页面，点侧栏「背景」
