Foreground and background colors shouldn't be the same

That's a real problem, but the solution isn't the best. Notice how the noisy background is lost if we comment out that line. I'm curious how else this could be solved.

I'm glad David put up the gifs because I wasn't sure if I was remembering the noisy background etc and stuff correctly. Anyway Hyperpunk theme does not appear to be working with Hyper 2 :( It takes the colors but nothing else. none of the animation etc. I hope you can fix it @staltz It's my favorite theme by far!
