Allow configuring the listener-operator preset #356
Description
listener-operator needs to be configured with the correct preset to function correctly in cloud environments. Currently we don't support doing this with stackablectl, so you have to drop down to Helm instead.
We should add a new flag for this (I'd propose --listener-preset). This should be accounted for in:
stackablectl operator installstackablectl release installstackablectl stack installstackablectl demo install

Before doing this, please consider the more general issue of overriding Helm values: #406
But also, it couldn't hurt to have a CLI override for this particular case.
