Installed Scratchpad stays on Loading because Orca's sandbox CSP blocks external script files. Bundle the storage controller and panel code inline in the shipped HTML, with a repeatable build script and source template. Release version 1.0.1.
Verified in Chromium using Orca's actual generated panel shell, sandbox iframe, and CSP: initialization reaches Saved, adding a note persists through the host bridge, and no script errors appear. The storage tests and panel integration also pass. The required host storage API has merged in stablyai/orca#36273.
