Adds an interactive sidebar scratchpad design preview with editable items, completion and clearing, and light/dark themes. The preview explicitly keeps edits only in memory; it is not an installable plugin.
The review corrected keyboard guidance, focus when moving items, completed-section reset, accessible checkbox labels, and host theme updates.
Validation: exercised add, complete, reopen, clear, delete, and theme toggle in Chromium; checked for browser errors. Catalog validation could not run with the available Orca checkout because its plugin validator is missing.
