The drift-comment failure report renders a failure-anchored excerpt of the job log inside a
<details><summary>log tail</summary>block. Since the excerpt logic was introduced, the shown region is no longer the tail of the log; it's a slice anchored around the failing step. This relabels the summary text tolog excerptfor accuracy.Test plan
