Adds an "Is cascade right for your repo?" section before Quick start: a short fit self-assessment (good fit / overkill), an honest note for teams that are not trunk-based yet (cascade promotes from trunk; adopting means moving promotion onto a trunk-based flow), and a high-level "what adopting looks like" that links out to Getting Started, the Callback Contract, and the hardening guide rather than repeating them. No redundancy with Quick start or Conventions.
