The MkDocs to Astro Starlight migration moved the docs out of the repo-root
docs/*.mdfiles, leaving the root README's documentation links broken. This repoints all of them (the CLI flag reference, the Documentation table, and the versioning reference in the roadmap section) at the published docs site (https://stablekernel.github.io/cascade/<slug>/), matching how crucible links to its docs. No remainingdocs/*.mdlink targets; the avatar image path is unchanged and valid.
