The nightly-release dry-run vector cuts a vX.Y.Z-dryrun.N prerelease each time it runs (to exercise the full path without publishing). These accumulate on the releases/tags page (v0.6.0-dryrun.1..4 so far). Version discovery now ignores them (#382) so they are harmless, but a sweeper step (or a post-run cleanup) should prune them to keep the releases page clean.
