What you expect to happen:
When a shield is inscrybed with a tome via anvil, for the shield to block damage and projectiles when used to cast a spell.
What actually happens:
Inscrybed shield does not block melee damage nor projectiles - but it does cast the spell.
Tested with Effect - Self spells, didn't test other subjects.
EDIT: Shield works as intended with On_Damaged and On_Hit subjects.
Self, Touch and Projectile subjects break shield blocking.
Tested standalone with only Scriptor and its dependencies.
