Docs only: adds a directory-submission checklist (ANTHROPIC_SUBMISSION.md) and records the 30 Oct Grok Bot test run in SUBMISSION.md. CI green.
- Security screen: no secrets, no new deps, no new hosts beyond the public FTW endpoints already in the repo. The doc says logins stay out of git, and none are in the diff.
- Nit: the checklist's source list ([S1]–[S8]) was checked on 30 Oct and will drift; the date in the header covers it.
Safe to merge from my read. Fredrik still owns the submission itself (Cursor test, listing text).

Adds a Testing section to docs/SUBMISSION.md (Grok Bot tested for real on 30 Oct 2026; Cursor desktop NOT yet tested, with exact steps) and docs/ANTHROPIC_SUBMISSION.md (connector + plugin checklist with sources, answers from repo facts, gaps flagged). Docs only; openai/package untouched. Nothing submitted. Do not merge without Fredrik's yes.
