Approving. The lockfile changes resolve all 21 open Dependabot alerts here, all in dev dependencies, and I checked every copy of each package. The full npm audit goes from 17 findings to 6, all from GHSA-vfj7-8cjw-p6xm in braces 3.0.3 (via npm-watch and ts-loader), which has no patched release. Every package resolves from registry.npmjs.org with valid signatures, none runs an install script, the only added package is an optional rolldown platform binary, and all 145 tests pass locally.
