# Automate remaining audits & checks to reach 100% completion (CI + AI coders + audit workflows)
This PR introduces automation infrastructure and actionable audit tools toward 100% project completion from the current ~83% status. Includes CI workflows (auto-audit-and-plan.yml), Python audit generator (generate_plan.py), patch application script (apply_patch.sh), comprehensive action plan (audit-action-plan.md), and reviewer guide (PR_NOTES.md). All files map remaining 10 critical/high/medium priority items to specific code locations and external standards. No secrets/credentials committed.
