Summary
Rewrite the native voice documentation around prerequisites, setup with the installed
kitbinary, call controls, task handoffs, and troubleshooting. Make clear that packaged releases include voice and no source build is required, and update the getting-started page's misleading build-requirements link.Remove implementation history, commit hashes, dependency audits, and developer validation instructions while retaining user-facing privacy, quota, and feature limitations.
