Fix the level validation
Add experience validation
Adds clamping experience and level values properly
Adds clear mail dialogues button on profile screen (clears the dialogues on the profile
Change the mark as finish to mark as available to finish (makes sure the user processes quest rewards by turning them in)
Part of these changes also includes a change to the ProfileHelper to prevent capping the player level to 78, and instead let it use the full experience table to match live.
yes live lets you hit level 79, and then the required exp just goes negative because there's no index, and the level 80 icon is a white square. This was validated in a 9 month old youtube video of someone max level running raids
