Prepare Sonilo v1.1.0 with balance guidance and expanded media workflows

Sonilo’s published plugin omits newer hosted workflows and useful balance guidance. This prepares v1.1.0 with current USD balance and trials, localized help, subtitle review, dubbing previews and full-video continuation, combined music/effects, variants, stems, speech preservation, timed effects, and task recovery.

The bundled MCP now uses sonilo_platform: a pre-existing local sonilo stdio entry otherwise overrides the hosted connection and produces Invalid SONILO_API_KEY. The skill dependency and reconnect instructions use the distinct name and prohibit fallback to the old local server. Endpoint and OAuth scope are unchanged. Public starter prompts no longer embed an internal review-source video URL.

Validation:

• Local release checks and installed-package byte comparison pass.
• A fresh Codex CLI conversation using the installed plugin and saved native OAuth successfully called both hosted account and task tools: USD 2.7287 balance and the existing successful Spanish video/SRT. No generation or charge occurred.
• Production media workflows passed after backend PRs #393 and #398 were merged and deployed; the user accepted the listening comparison. PR #398 CI passed 3,130 tests (19 skipped). Isolated credit-rejection/recovery tests verify no debit on rejection and one debit on explicit resubmission.
• October 4 desktop retest passed hosted account/task reads, all three exact portal refusal cases, and nonexistent-task handling without duplicate generation. Additional 3-second SFX and 22-second speech-preserving combined video generations succeeded; media files are readable. These additional tests cost USD 0.3222.

Release remains pending: the revised Skill ZIP passed its portal scan, but the current actual review recording is needed, and review attestations/publication have not been submitted. OpenAI acceptance of the help page’s onward View pricing / View billing links is unconfirmed. See docs/LIVE_TEST_1.1.0.md for detailed evidence and limitations.
