docs: document link pills and link menus - #947

The Docusaurus site had no page for either feature. Add "Link pills" under Rich text formatting and "Link menus" under User experience, document linkPillContent and linkContextMenuItems in the EnrichedMarkdownText reference, and note the web and macOS behavior in their guides and the feature table. The README gains a bullet for each, and its doc links now point at docs-md/, where main moved the Markdown docs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
The link-pill stack (#920, #921, #923) documented both features only in
docs-md/. This PR brings them to the Docusaurus site and the README:rich-text-formatting/link-pillsanduser-experience/link-menus, each with a native-onlyLivePreviewexample.linkPillContentandlinkContextMenuItems(iOS 17+ badge) on theEnrichedMarkdownTextpage, with their exported types;onLinkLongPressnotes the menu precedence; thepillkey is mentioned under link styles.llms.txt, the docs tree indocs/CLAUDE.md, and a pointer from the Mentions page.../../docs/*.mdlinks repointed todocs-md/, where main moved the Markdown docs (they were broken since that rename).Based on main, which now has the whole stack merged.
