Add a reusable
bake-markdowncrate with a Rust normalization API and themarkdown:normalizeBake task. The task accepts repeatable
--patharguments and writes only changed files. Normalization uses thesocketry-markdownsyntax tree and serializer to join soft source line breaks while preserving hard breaks, code, and block structure. The pull request includes the initial 0.1.0 release notes and standard test and publish workflows.
