Summary

• Run validation workflows automatically only when a tag is pushed; retain explicit manual dispatch.
• Remove PR and default-branch CI/security triggers and scheduled validation runs across this repository. Preserve release and operational workflows.
• Prevent new runs from canceling earlier runs, and update the repository policy checks.

Validation

• Parsed all 156 workflows across the eight repositories.
• Confirmed no pull-request event triggers remain, validation push triggers are tag-only, and changed workflows do not cancel earlier runs.
• Repository-focused policy checks passed for ChaptarrNG, ROMarrNG, SLSKR, SLSKDN, and IPTVTunerr. GitHub settings were verified to require approval for external-contributor workflows and use read-only workflow tokens.
