Description

Fixes #164. Update-date metadata for the reader-delivery and private game-library entities now resolves to PostgreSQL-compatible types. A migration aligns the existing private-library timestamp columns with the timezone-aware entity metadata.

How Has This Been Tested?

• Linux Docker with Node 24.21.0 and pnpm 10.24.0: pnpm test:ci passed 487 files and 3,375 tests; four PostgreSQL-gated tests skipped; zero failures.
• Disposable PostgreSQL 18 run: five tests passed, including the four gated migration tests and the issue-specific migration test.
• pnpm build passed and generated all 113 static pages.
• The full pnpm test:node lane was stopped after 9m15s while compiling an unrelated suite; it is not counted as passed. The reviewed combined validation engine was not run.
