The JS README now includes Audit Log usage and setup examples for Traceflow Error Monitoring in browser, Nuxt and React Native apps. The root README links directly to both features.
Rename ERRORS.md to ERROR_MONITORING.md and document backend key configuration, SDK options, Nuxt runtime config, the React boundary, context/redaction, grouping, source-map uploads from CI and troubleshooting. Update package metadata, the published file list and example documentation to use the feature name.
Validation: 14 TypeScript/TSX snippets checked against SDK source exports with framework globals stubbed; local documentation links, shell syntax and JSON checked; npm pack dry-run confirms the renamed guide is included. SDK runtime APIs are unchanged.
