Audit publishers now have a delivery time budget, stop a batch on transient service failures, and retain envelopes through missing credentials or HTTP 401/403/404. New status and single-event retry commands expose overdue/failed outbox rows without reconstructing payloads. An additive migration indexes backlog queries.
The JS client enforces flush deadlines even when transport abort is ignored, ignores late replies, cancels on close, and exposes payload-free drop/retry diagnostics. React Native can require explicit hook coverage, cleans up failed installation, and starts a best-effort send before the previous fatal-error handler runs. These changes do not add native crash capture or certify a specific mobile runtime.
Validation: 131 JS tests, dedicated frontend typecheck and CJS/ESM/declaration build; 150 PHP unit tests / 369 assertions (8 existing PHPUnit notices); cross-repository HTTP/Scylla/source-map check; secret scan. Legacy handle/context tests now use the null transport instead of opening localhost HTTP requests during unit-test shutdown. New PR jobs run JS and PHP unit suites using allowed GitHub actions and the runner’s PHP 8.3. Patched JS development dependencies; npm audit reports zero known vulnerabilities in the lockfile.
Rollout: publish/apply the additional outbox index migration and schedule
traceflow:audit-statusalongside the publisher. Hook coverage and composed source maps still require Android/iOS release-build validation; application audit coverage must be checked before removing the previous activity log. No application consumers were changed.
