This helm chart was intended to be the Cluster helm chart component to the CloudNativePG operator helm chart, but now serves mostly as a wrapper for their official CloudNativePG cluster helm chart that provides certificate and test app functionality.
You can still use the upstream cluster chart, but you'll need to put all the values under cnpgCluster and set
cnpgCluster.enabled=true
