Test 2: Nursing Staff Changes Patient Room
Objective: Verify the process of changing a patient's room.
Participants: 3 nursing staff members (girlfriend and parents)
Procedure: Participants were asked to reassign a patient to a different room.
Results:
Participants did not know the rooms were in the departments tab.
