Summary

Updates compatible transitive Cargo dependencies to their latest versions. Changes are confined to Cargo.lock (no Cargo.toml or source changes).

Code changes needed

None. just full-check (fmt + clippy with --deny warnings) passed cleanly and all tests passed (19 unit tests + 6 doc-tests, 0 failures) without any source modifications.

Note

These updates were already applied to Cargo.lock in the working tree (produced by an earlier cargo update that was never committed). A fresh cargo update at build time is a no-op — the lockfile is already at the latest Rust 1.95.0-compatible versions — so the crate list above is derived from the committed Cargo.lock diff rather than from cargo update output.
