Performed the following: - justfile (removed cargo-release recipes; release-plz notes) - .github/workflows/release-plz.yml (new: release automation CI) - release-plz.toml (new: release-plz config) - RELEASE.md (new: documents the automated release flow) - release.toml (deleted: replaced by release-plz.toml upstream) Did not bring over the following because of project-specific overrides: - README.md (project-specific; upstream added release setup notes there)

Syncs this repository with the upstream template (sksizer/rust-template). The upstream change is a release-process migration: local cargo-release is replaced by release-plz running in CI.
Performed the following:
justfile— removed therelease/release-dry-runrecipes; added release-plz notes (copied verbatim from template).github/workflows/release-plz.yml— new CI workflow that opens/updates a "chore: release" PR on pushes to mainrelease-plz.toml— new release-plz config (changelog via existing cliff.toml, semver gate, publish to crates.io)RELEASE.md— new doc describing the automated release flowrelease.toml— deleted (cargo-release config, removed upstream)Did not bring over the following because of project-specific overrides:
