- Downgrade flex_color_scheme from 8.2.0 to 7.3.1 for Flutter 3.24.x compatibility - Run dart format on all Dart files to ensure consistent formatting - Fix dependency version conflict that was causing build failures in GitHub Actions The build was failing because flex_color_scheme 8.x requires Flutter 3.27.0+ but the CI workflow uses Flutter 3.24.x (latest stable). Version 7.3.1 is compatible with Flutter 3.10.0+ and provides all needed functionality. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- Downgrade workmanager from 0.9.0+3 to 0.7.0 for Flutter 3.24.x compatibility - workmanager 0.8.0+ requires Flutter 3.32.0+ which is not yet stable - Version 0.7.0 provides all needed functionality for background scheduling Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- Switch from Flutter 3.24.x (stable) to master channel to get Flutter 3.27.0+ - Restore original dependency versions (workmanager 0.9.0+3, flex_color_scheme 8.2.0) - Code uses Flutter 3.27.0+ APIs (toARGB32, withValues) which require newer SDK The project requires Flutter 3.27.0+ for: - Color.toARGB32() and Color.withValues() methods - flex_color_scheme 8.x features - workmanager 0.9.x background scheduling APIs Master channel provides the necessary Flutter version until 3.27.0 stabilizes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- Use 'dart format' instead of 'flutter format' for newer Flutter versions - The flutter format command was removed in newer Flutter versions Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- Format test/backup_service_test.dart to pass CI formatting check Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
CI was on Flutter's unpinned master channel. A nightly SDK change to WorkmanagerPlatform broke against workmanager_apple, which hadn't caught up. Pin flutter-version 3.32.x and channel stable in both jobs, matching main, which already builds green on this pairing. pubspec.lock had separately drifted to workmanager_apple and platform_interface 0.9.4, a broken published pair with mismatched method signatures. Pin both back to the known-good 0.9.1+2 and 0.9.1+1 via dependency_overrides so a future pub upgrade cannot silently reintroduce the same breakage. Fix widget_test.dart's smoke test leaving a pending Timer from the splash screen's delayed sequence never getting flushed. This was previously unnoticed since main's CI never ran flutter test at all. Remove dead _useMaterialYou field, method, and import, leftover from the already-commented-out Material You toggle UI, which flutter analyze flagged as unused and failed the lint job.
