  • Support email touchguard@hornmicro.com on the support page, privacy policy, README and SUPPORT.md (Guideline 1.5).
  • Listing description, promo text and keywords now say who TouchGuard is for: people who touch the trackpad by accident because of tremor or limited motor control (Guideline 2.4.5).
  • docs/app-store/review-reply-2.4.5.md: reply to App Review and a Feedback Assistant request.

The 13 October review rejected 2.0.0 for using Accessibility for a
non-accessibility purpose and for a support page with no contact route
besides GitHub Issues. Add touchguard@hornmicro.com to the support page,
privacy policy, README and SUPPORT.md; describe TouchGuard in the listing
as the accessibility aid it is; draft the reply and a Feedback Assistant
request.

Serve the GitHub Pages site on its own subdomain (docs/CNAME) and point
every link, the in-app support and privacy links, and the Sparkle feed
of future builds at it. Installed 2.0.0-2.0.2 builds keep working: GitHub
redirects blog.hornmicro.com/TouchGuard/* to the new domain.
