Updated dunes.js, updated .env.example the env fee was set way too high, and I updated Unspent API and ORD endpoints in env, added support for images for dunes through parent child, added "Apply Pay Terms" from PR, added a valid wallet example, and fixed the readme to reflect updates an changes.
