Add the persistence keys consumed by the shell wallpaper favorites and bounded navigation history. Assisted-by: Codex:gpt-5.6-sol AI-Scope: Added and validated the shipped GSettings contract for wallpaper favorites and history.

Favorites are a real preference, so they stay in GSettings. I dropped the three history keys: up to 200 paths rewritten on every wallpaper change is app state, not a setting, and it doesn't belong in dconf. History now lives in a file next to the rotation state (see singularity-shell#32). Merging. |
