Add the effect mode, blur radius, and quote text keys consumed by the shell wallpaper effects UI. Assisted-by: Codex:gpt-5.6-sol AI-Scope: Added and validated the shipped GSettings contract for wallpaper image effects.

Aligned with singularity-shell#33: we keep grayscale and blur, the two effects that actually help a desktop (calmer background, more readable windows). Oil painting and the quote overlay are out, so their choices and the quote-text key are gone. Merging. |
